These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GT Studio website (the “Website”) and any purchases made through it. The Website is operated by GT EXPERTS LTD, which trades under the name GT Studio (“GT EXPERTS LTD”, “GT Studio”, “we”, “us”,“our”). By using the Website, creating an account, uploading files, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1) Definitions
• “GT EXPERTS LTD” /“we/us/our” means GT EXPERTS LTD (trading as GT Studio).
• “GT Studio” is the trading name and the Website name/brand.
• “Website” means the GT Studio website and any related pages, portals, or checkout flows operated by GT EXPERTS LTD.
• “You/your” means any visitor, customer, or user of the Website.
• “Services” means interior design services offered by GT EXPERTS LTD under the GT Studio brand.
• “Digital Content” has the meaning given under UK consumer law (e.g., downloadable files).
• “User Content” means files, images, plans, measurements, messages, and any other content you submit or upload.
2) About the Website and our services
The Website provides information about GT Studio and allows you to make enquiries and purchase certain items/services online (for example: consultations, deposits, retainers, design packages, or other offerings described at checkout).
Interior design services are typically provided under a separate written agreement (proposal/contract/statement of work) issued by GT EXPERTS LTD. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will prevail for that project.
3) Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree not to:
• misuse the Website or use it unlawfully;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• introduce viruses or malicious code;
• scrape, copy, or reproduce Website content beyond personal, non-commercial viewing.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Website and users.
4) Intellectual property (our content)
All content on the Websiteis owned by or licensed to GT EXPERTS LTD (and/or its licensors), including designs, drawings, layouts, renders, photographs, videos, text, logos, and branding presented under the GT Studio name.
You may view and use the Website for personal use. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
5) Portfolio, renders, and examples
Portfolio images may include photographs, staged spaces, and renders. You acknowledge:
• colours/materials may appear different on screens and in different lighting;
• renders are illustrative and may not match final built outcomes;
• results can vary due to site conditions, budgets, availability, contractors, and client decisions.
6) File uploads and User Content
If the Website allows file uploads (e.g., floor plans, inspiration images, measurements, photos):
6.1 Ownership and permission
You retain ownership of your User Content. You confirm you have the rights/permissions to upload it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6.2 Licence to us
You grant GT EXPERTS LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, copy, and process your User Content only as needed to:
• assess your enquiry and prepare quotes;
• deliver Services you request under the GT Studio brand;
• communicate with you about your project;
• comply with legal obligations.
6.3 Prohibited uploads
You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or contains malware, or that breaches confidentiality obligations you owe to others.
6.4 Storage and deletion
We are not a long-termfile-storage service. We may delete User Content after it is no longer needed for the purpose it was provided (subject to legal/accounting requirements). Keep your own backups.
6.5 Security note
While we take reasonable steps to protect the Website, you acknowledge that no online transmission/storage is completely secure. Please avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless we have explicitly agreed a secure method.
7) Orders, online payments, and checkout
When you place an order or make a payment through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) described at checkout from GT EXPERTS LTD.
7.1 Price and availability

• We may correct pricing errors and will contact you if this affects your order.
• Offers and availability may change at any time.
7.2 Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your payment may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
7.3 What you are buying
The checkout will specify whether you are paying for, for example:
• a consultation fee;
• a deposit/retainer against future Services;
• a fixed-fee package; or
• an other product/service. If a payment is a deposit/retainer, the amount and whether it is refundable will be stated at checkout and/or in a project agreement issued by GT EXPERTS LTD.
8) Consumer rights (UK) and cancellation
If you are a consumer (acting for purposes mainly outside your trade/business/profession), you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
8.1 Digital content and services
— important note If you buy digital content or services online, you may have a 14-day cancellation right in many cases. However, that right can be affected if:
• you ask us to begin services during the 14-day period; and/or
• you receive digital content and agree it starts immediately.
Where applicable, we will ask you at checkout to provide any required consent/acknowledgement (for example, acknowledging you may lose the right to cancel digital content once downloading/streaming begins).
8.2 If services begin during the cooling-off period
If you ask GT EXPERTS LTD to start providing services within the 14-day cancellation period and then you cancel, you may have to pay for services provided up to cancellation, as permitted by UK law.
8.3 Faulty digital content/services
If digital content is faulty or services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to remedies under UK consumer law.
9) Refunds and chargebacks
Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased and what has been delivered, as described at checkout and/or in your project agreement with GT EXPERTS LTD. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access to any accounts/portals related to the transaction while we investigate. This does not affect yourstatutory rights.
10) Scheduling, delays, and client responsibilities
Any timelines are estimates, unless agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to supplier lead times, contractor schedules, approvals, or information we need from you.You agree to provide timely, accurate information (measurements, plans, access details, preferences) needed for us to perform services.
11) Third-party suppliers and contractors
We may recommend or help coordinate third parties (suppliers, trades, installers). Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing:
• third parties are not our employees/agents of GT EXPERTS LTD;
• we are not responsible for their workmanship, delays, warranties, or acts/omissions;
• you are responsible for contracting with and paying third parties.
12) Links to third-party websites
The Website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
13) Disclaimers (Website)
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Website is free from viruses (though we take reasonable precautions). Information on the Website is general and may not be complete or up to date.
14) Limitation of liability (UK)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, GT EXPERTS LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with use of the Website.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
15) Indemnity (business users)
If you use the Website in the course of business, you agree to indemnify GT EXPERTS LTD against losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

18) Governing law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless you specify Scotland or Northern Ireland). The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
